Art Care & Repair Warranty

Each Decoveau piece is carefully crafted and packaged to arrive in perfect condition. In the rare case of damage during shipping or handling, we offer a no-limit, free-repair warranty. Simply return the piece with postage covered, and we will do everything possible to restore it to its original state.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted and often made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items damaged upon arrival. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged packaging or artwork.

Color & Finish Disclaimer

Due to the natural variations in materials and digital display settings, slight differences in color or texture may occur. These are considered part of the artwork’s unique character and are not grounds for return.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

 

ضمان الصيانة والإصلاح المجاني

يتم تجهيز كل قطعة في ديكوفو بعناية لضمان وصولها بحالة مثالية تمامًا. في حال حدوث أي ضرر أثناء الشحن أو بعد الاستلام، نقدّم ضمان إصلاح مجاني غير محدود. كل ما عليك هو إعادة القطعة مع تغطية تكلفة الشحن، وسنقوم بكل ما يلزم لإصلاحها وإعادتها إلى حالتها الأصلية

الإرجاع والاستبدال

نظرًا لأن كل قطعة تُصنع يدويًا وغالبًا حسب الطلب، يتم قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حال وصول القطعة متضررة. يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، مع صور توضّح الضرر في التغليف أو القطعة نفسها

اختلافات اللون والتشطيب

قد تظهر فروقات طفيفة في الألوان أو الملمس نتيجة اختلاف المواد الطبيعية أو إعدادات العرض الرقمية. هذه الفروقات تُعتبر جزءًا من الطابع الفريد للعمل الفني وليست سببًا لقبول الإرجاع

إلغاء الطلبات

يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الشراء. بعد بدء عملية الإنتاج، لا يمكن قبول الإلغاء
