Packaging & Delivery Assurance

Every piece is packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. While we take every precaution to protect the artwork, once the shipment leaves our studio, handling is the responsibility of the carrier. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if damage is found.

Large Artworks & Installation

For large wall artworks, we will arrange a specific delivery day to ensure proper handling and placement. Professional installation service will be provided to guarantee that each piece is securely mounted in your space.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are additional, and buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs charged by their country. These fees are typically collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Each order is crafted and prepared with care. Please allow between 2–4 weeks for production and delivery, depending on your location and order type.

Care Recommendations

Although each artwork is sealed for durability, handle with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures to preserve color and finish.

الأعمال الفنية الكبيرة والتركيب

بالنسبة للأعمال الجدارية الكبيرة، سيتم تحديد موعد محدد للتوصيل لضمان التعامل الصحيح مع القطعة وتثبيتها في مكانها المناسب. سيتم توفير خدمة التركيب الاحترافي لضمان تثبيت كل قطعة بأمان داخل المساحة الخاصة بك

الشحن الدولي

تكاليف الشحن الدولي تُضاف إلى السعر الإجمالي، والمشتري مسؤول عن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد تفرضها بلده. عادةً ما يتم تحصيل هذه الرسوم من قِبل مكاتب الجمارك المحلية عند التسليم

مدة التسليم المقدّرة

يتم إعداد كل طلب بعناية، لذا يُرجى السماح بفترة تتراوح بين 2 إلى 4 أسابيع للإنتاج والتوصيل، حسب نوع الطلب والموقع الجغرافي

إرشادات العناية بالقطع

رغم أن كل لوحة محمية بطبقة واقية لحمايتها، يُرجى التعامل معها بلطف. يُنصح بتجنّب تعريضها المباشر لأشعة الشمس لفترات طويلة أو للأماكن ذات الرطوبة العالية للحفاظ على اللون والتشطيب
